Can someone explain question number 8 to me?

8.两列整数的数列S和T，问：S的中位数>T的算术平均值？
条件一：S是连续偶数数列，T是连续奇数数列
条件二：S的总和>T的总和
作者答案及思路：（C）

How come I find that number of elements and the starting elements will affect the result?
i.e. S: 2,4,6,8,10; T: 7,9

What is the defination of "数列", finite or infinite in term of number of elements?  If limitless, how are the mean and medium defined.

this one may not be complete, I would say the answer is E unless S and T have the same number of integers
