不大同意。在她的CONTEX里，她更想表达的是这类人有点变态的意思，比仅仅说有病更强烈的意思，所以说HE IS SICK不是最好的表达方式。你说的情况下，似乎有说这个人有些恶心烦人的意思。。

可能你遇到的美国人和我遇到的不一样吧，就像中国人也有中文水平高低的差别。赫赫。

Yes, that's exactly what sick means in her context. It is used when someone's action made you feel very disgusting and you think that person has psychological problems.
