以下是引用sinopolish在2008-7-22 3:26:00的发言:Nothing is impossible. You don't really need to get CFA designation at this stage. But taking the coures is extremly helpful for non-finance majors. At least you will get a better understanding of the industry and functions. Btw, both UBS and CS are based in Zurich. But their European investment banking business is headquartered in London. You may bump into some private bankers and C-level guys... I am about to graduate from college in one year, and this year I will be in Basle.(where the UBS's General Headquarters located, unfortunately not the section of IB, unfortunately not Zurich, I am very disapointed about that, according to those u said, the chance of IB condition there is worse than Zurich, not to mention London or else,) So, maybe I don't have the chance of studying Math and Finance course in undergraduate time. That is why I want a formal training to enhance my knowledge in Finance, thus, I choose CFA, I don't know whether this choice is correct or not, I plan to have further education in Mfin or MBA, so that to have the backgroud of famous college. In order to achieve this goal, what should I pay attention to? Thx all! |
