Anybody Apply Carey(ASU) MBA Fall 2009?

Okay, ladies & gentlemen:

I'm raising my first question here and I hope ASU current students or alumni can help answer. Here comes the question.

I wonder whether Carey changes her essay questions? Because when I was exploring her website, I could find no indication about the valid time for essay questions, such as " the questions for Fall 2008 are afs and we will post the questions for Fall 2009 in the early August."

Q2: It seems that Carey is not generous in giving her scholarships to Chinese prospective students, for as I can see in CD, nobody has reported a "full scholarship" and "in-state tuition" is the most.

  I visited Carey school last month and perhaps will apply 2H of this year. What i heard is there was some student from China got full schorlarship at 2010 class.
