(尤指政府，政党，当权者的)立场，态度

conclusion:

something you decide after considering all the information you have

GWD中一道题目：Critics of the hospital have concluded that the uninsured patients are not receiving proper medical care.
        

这就是position,是否也可以理解为Critics的一种结论？还是只能理解为态度和立场？
