根据答案来看，第一句话的第五个词diagnosed应该是个关键，是因为diagnosed的技术上有差别才有不同的结果。为何A就不能削弱，5年前就安装了，但过去几年没有效果，去年才有效果，说明不是这个原因，不是一样削弱吗？谢谢大家帮忙指点

A选项，过去5年内新造了许多厂，那么过去5年内新造的厂就一定是都有着良好的卫生状况吗？当然不一定。完全有可能是在去年才改善了卫生状况。如何形成削弱呢？？？

lz邏輯有問題啊.不能說過去幾年看到沒有效果就說沒有效果. 比如說吃飯,你要吃兩碗飯才能飽,你不能說第2碗飯才重要第1碗飯就不重要了,因為吃第一碗飯你不會飽.

A選項可以看做一個連續的因果聯繫.所以起不了削弱的作用.
