Job Position:                  Financial Analyst

Job Location:                 Shanghai

 

Company/Department Scenario

It provides strategic consulting and investment services to Chinese companies and helps them move ahead to next-stage development. Key Responsibilities

1.    Financial analysis on prospective investee companies.

2.    Collection and documentation of due diligence materials.

3.    Preliminary industry research and valuation of comparable companies.

4.    Project coordination and interaction with team members and clients.

5.    Liaising with other professionals (lawyers, accountants).

The position reports to the Senior Consultant.

 

Top 3 requirements

1.    University degree in accounting or finance, ideally 2-5 years experience in a financial analysis role with a MNC firm. Manufacturing industry experience will be a plus.

2.    Professional accounting qualifications, China CPA strongly preferred.

3.   Fluent in English.

 

Special requirements

1.     Solid problem-solving skills, having a “can-do” attitude.

2.     Ability to work under pressure and effectively act as a team member.

3.   Excellent skills on office software, MS Excel in particular.
