对，我就是觉得，完全等于没说，害我都没敢选

一下子拿出20块钱对低收入家庭来说是一笔不小的支出。换成10块钱一套就相对好点。再举个例子，比如可支配收入只有15块钱，就买不起20块的套票了，只买得起10块的。

最低门槛从20块降到10块。
