先讲学校保留invention的版税，个人保留发表文章的版税-------------结论电脑程序的版税也归个人；从这个逻辑思路来看，有个推理的flaw，好像跳了一步到的答案，这一步就是reasoning里面说的电脑程序和文章的相似性；有了这个做连接，推理就顺滑了许多了；这个可以看作是一个类推assumpt；
个人是个新手，就能理解这么多了；希望有用。
