解答：

以下是引用lawyer的发言：
原文说的是For sinus pain, three out of four hospitals give their patients Novex。
我的理解：药是医院给的，不需要自己到外面去买，也不是医生开方子让你自己去买。所以外
面药房的情况以及是否要医生处方就和本文无关。所以从这个角度讲D就无关拉。按理讲，医院
在确定效果的情况下，应该为病人节省费用（当然实际如何就难说，但出题人总得从正面讲），
所以从这个角度讲C合理些。

楼主Jiuamhca的见解是：我其实也很支持D的，觉得C,D用的排除法都很像。C因为低价，所以多
人用。D因为非处方药易获得，所以多人用。但C其实比D好，因为还涉及多人用的概念，非处方
药易获得，不代表一定多人用，若是多人用，就代表有效，进而支持结论。
