here is the link, we can add our comments on the sick 90 days unemployment limit by simply clicking " add comments"
that's what we can do before June 9 2008, before when the U.S gov. is open to accept the public comments. If too many compalints, the rule would not be officially placed.
So, let's put our complaints up there! Hopefully there are sufficient enough to deny this rule.
Keep in mind: we should develope our complaint thoughtful enough. Do not simply put " I hate 90 days unemployment limit, anyway"
Instead, we should talk about, like, a full cycle of finding a job takes multiple months to complete, or the current U.S economy is now in recession and it takes longer to find a job here.
And we can also say the U.S employers would also not buy it cuz employers always recruit new people in spring or summer and would not train them until Sept. or even later. The gap between already exceed 90 days even if we got job offer.
