Twelve years ago and again five years ago, there were extended periods when Darfir
                    Republic’s currency, the pundra was weak: its value was unusually low relative to the world’s most stable currencies. Both times a weak pundra made Darfir’s manufactured products a bargain on world markets, and Darfir’s exports were up substantially. Now some politicians are saying that, in order to cause another similarly sized increase in exports, the government should allow the pundra to become weak again.

 

Which of following, if ture, provides the government with the strongest grounds to doubt that the politicians’ recommendation, if followed , will achieve its aim?

问题：答案的意思是不是：以前制造业的产量没达到峰值，现在到峰值了？

如果这样的话，那么贬值岂不是更好了？？？ 没有削弱亚

结论是 pundra的贬值可以造成export的上升

逻辑基础是 pundra贬值--〉产品价格低 --〉出口增加

产量reach the peak of production break the second chain, because products cannot be increased --> export cannot increased 

现在到了峰值，就算再降价，市场再需要，已经没有能力生产更多的产品了，export不会增加
