偶觉得D 也不对啊。但B的话好像和结论不是联系的很紧，结论是强调替代，而B好像没有提到

关键在于MRI 是 noninvasive的 angiograms是 invasive的
D里面说，MRI和A 一样可以identify blockage （并且noninvasive）所以当然support了
D的答案其实排除了 一种 MRI 虽然noninvasive 但是indentify blockage 效果没有A好的可能。
