既然中场休息不占考试时间，为什么很多人都不休息呢？是不是休息有什么不利因素呢？想听听大家的意见！谢谢

The only advantage of 不休息 is that the internal pressure functions as a timer - they have to finish test quickly before they pee into their pants.
