Maybe you should just change your tone.

You rebuted almost all the wholhaerted comments above, and that's not a sign of confidence, man! People came in here to give you advises, but you've treated them really negatively. So why did you post this thread in the first place anyway? The only reason I could think of is, unfortunately, to show off.

If you want to be successful in MBA, interpersonal relationships could be counted as one of the prerequisites.(I assume you know that since your are now in the mkt field.) However, I could hardly find a trace of your potentials to obtain such relationships, sorry.

楼主拿到了光华的offer，不才拿到的Tsinghua的offer.光华今年笔试线205，tsinghua笔试线215。

我们一起的申请清北的考生确实很少有人敢言TOP5的。想我表达一个准备两年内冲一下Yale级别的学校这边就当是很夸张了。不知道北大和清华生源是否质量落差巨大，我下午刚跟07清华国际班通了电话，（清华国际有巴黎商学院的双学位项目）得知他们刚结束的一轮托福考试，国际班120人，仅有6人过托福100。今年允许交换的学生在TOP一点的仅为西北2人，纽约大学2人，杜克大学2人。换句话说，清华国际班120人名单里，TOP5的交换资格都没弄到一个。

说出来是自爆家丑，但是我肯定不认为光华国际比清华国际强了很多。

仅就联考成绩而言，我放到北大320人录取名单里联考成绩为第13名。但是确实自己认为在清北的申请记录拿不出手。

感觉这个帖子变成了辩论贴，楼主把所有好心人的建议当成辩论的target，实在是不可以理解。不是大家想恶言打击你的申请热情，只是希望楼主能够正视自己，调整自己的申请路线，确保09年申请成功。当然你可以申请top3，或许你可能会拿到录取，但是如果你只申请前3所，你最后的结果很可能就是白折腾一场。anyway,如果楼主听不进去也就算了，或许运气好，明年拿到了top3之后再来这里show-off吧。

Geez.....Let's be honest here, for whatever reason, you are very defensive.

If you were just looking for encouragement,some confidence booster, why didn't you just say so ?

There is nothing wrong with that, it is totally understandable. 

Instead of analyzing your situation, all of us would have given you a pat on the back and said something like "good luck, best wishes, you will never know until you try....etc", and we all will be happy-happy.
