不过说实话，H/S/W没啥希望。。

Yale和Columbia可以试试运气。。。不过最好top5-15的学校再报几所，不然比较危险。。。。

I would be confused by your background -non-top college experience->non-top econ master->non-top accounting phd and drop-out->marketing research for two years. For me, you are not a typical applicant. So it is hard to make a predication. I would suggest you to apply for more top 5-15 programs.

Agree with ls. You should try some top 20 programs.
It is hard to predict because of essays. 
 
Your disadvantages -
1. A lot of Chinese applicants from mainland and US (just like you). 
Let us assume your competitor - another Chinese student with Ph.D from US (5 year) + W/E (2 year) in US. 

Vs your experience: 3 years in China (Auditor); 2 years at a US school (Graduate Assistant; this should not count); 2 years;
    If all rest application are same, you will be in disadvantage.

楼上两位说的不错。。

楼主申请top5的劣势是

1。non-top college -> non-top econ master

教育背景没多少优势。

楼主在国内做的是审计，跑出来读Accounting PHD也说的过去，但为何drop-out仅仅拿个Econ Master,这需要解释

2.楼主econ毕业后没做本行，而去了Marketing Firm.  而作Marketing的同时又考了CFA level 1（金融方面）和在准备ACCA（会计方面），方向很杂，Essay 很难写，很容易让adcom的人觉得你对自己将来并没有一个明确的方向，纯粹是为了找工作。

3. "2 years (by 2009) in a top marketing research firm based in Chicago",也就是说其实刚刚开始工作？那你在今年年底准备申请的时候其实才1年的工作经验，这又是你在美国的第一份工作，很难有多少leadership exp可谈，这也是难处。

4. 国内3年审计是四大么？如果不是，这工作经验也要打个折。

5. 2009年申请人巨多，楼主又是在竞争最激烈的China/India international pool...
