如果B中被查到超速的人比没没查到的人更容易经常超速的话，不就说明了这个现象不能代表整体装雷达的车的现象吗？，不就削弱了吗？？？？  纠结

我觉得应该这样理解，原文是从3%装雷达的司机占33%被Ticek的人数这样一个现象而得出一个调查结果，说装雷达的更惯于（regularly）超速，这里就有一个GAP啦，谁说占了33%的比例就一定是”惯犯“呢，可能这个调查实行的时候，正好就逮着这些人，所以应该说明一次超速的人会经常超速。。
