有个出版社Watchweek觉得它的员工流动率高,于是请来一位曾在儿童出版社当过总编的来管理,这位新总编想运用些科技来刺激员工互动及激发创造力,以进而留住员工

员工流动性高是否是因为出版社的科技落后?如果是因为出版社的给的薪水太低呢

请儿童出版社的总编来管理就能改变现状么?可以说说本出版社和儿童出版社之间的差别

是否还可以谈运用些科技来刺激员工互动及激发创造力,不能留住员工,反而让有创造力的员工跳槽??

Firstly, a compelling flaw in the reasoning line is that the press company rests on the assumption that lack of creativity causes the high rate of labor flowing. However, no convincing evidence in this argument is stated to support this assumption. In fact, it is more likely that other factors may cause the results, such as low salaries or discomfortable working condition. 

Secondly, the solution proposed by the press company is based on the unjustified assumption that high-technology is sufficient to give birth to increase employees' creativity, thus elevating the rate of losing labor.Nevertheless, if it turns out that keeping people work in this company is due to a combination of factors such as more concers about their family from the employers and increasing morale to bond together, only high-technology is not absolutely enough to lead the previous expected consequence.

Finally, the author unjustifiably commits a fallacy of false analogy in assuming that the stratigies from a editor in Children Press are also applicable to the Watchweek Press. However, the differences between these two clearly outweigh the similarities, thus making this analogy much less valid. For example,.....(sorry,因为我不知道原题的真正完整题目,所以我不知道这个W press是个什么性质的,所以没有办法举例。)
