我觉得，weaken的是如果一旦remove了tariff,并不会对urban unemployment有影响。而这个urban emolyment指的应该是针对processing plant。

大家把nuts直接卖了的话会影响p~ plant的原料数量，导致失业吧。D说的Buying unprocessed cashews at lower than world market prices enables cashew processors in Kernland to sell processed nuts at competitive prices.是无关吧？没说Plant什么影响。

E说farmer因为利润少都进城了，去种“profitable crops”了，所以供给不会影响很大，plant应该不太受影响。

我不知道理解的对不对...

E说由于种植腰果不挣钱，所以越来越多的小农场的农民都进城务工。这势必导致城市人口增加，工作竞争激烈，从而推出失业人口增加的机会会很大。

文章表达的是政府想通过将便宜的unprocessed cashew 卖给城市的加工工厂,这些工厂就有和国外同类企业竞争的实力，因此保证了城市有足够多的工作机会，然而E却与其预期的相违背。

不知道这样解释大家能不能接受哈

正确答案是哪个啊？感觉E也不正确啊，如果很多农民都进城了，那这部分进城的农民非常可能在PLANTS工作，那支持了结论啊。C答案，更多人在钟腰果，减免关税就不会让这部分人失业，那就WEAKEN了结论啊

以更低的价格买未加工的cashews让kernland卖加工的坚果更加的有竞争力，所以Kernland会提前把未加工的cashews都买过来，这样城里人就不会失业了.

第一:small farmers.虽然人数在增加，但是small farmers占的比例多吗？没说...   第二:crops是不是指腰果呢？肯定不止
