64%是被雇佣的，48%是被雇佣的男性，题目中没有说“在被雇佣的人中48%是男性”，所以它们俩的百分比应该都是基于全城人数吧，所以被雇佣的女性应该是64%-48%=16%吧？

第二题我也选C

第三题x=2，y可以是11、13、17、19，所以x+y=13、15、19、21，不能确定是否是质数，所以选E吧？
