Responsibilities will include due diligence activities, financial modeling and analysis, customer/reference calls, preparation of investment committee evaluation material and support to partner team.

A private investment firm with $600 million of assets under management solely focused on acquiring, investing in and financing public and private small businesses with less than $250 million in enterprise value is seeking to hire an investment analyst for its latest private equity fund. Skills/Work Experience: Highly analytical, motivated individual with interests in evaluating technology, healthcare, manufacturing and services businesses, among others. Ideal candidates can function well in a team environment, are self starters, and have the maturity and social skills to handle substantial contact with corporate executives and posses strong written and oral communications skills.
Candidates must display a strong academic background as well as extracurricular achievement. Business related majors and relevant internship experience help but are not required. Degree from a top university; full time experience of 0-2 years; recommended GPA: 3.5+
