There are some people suggest that we should stay at a small company for more personal freedom . whereas others maintain that we ought to move to big one for more chance of development . as far as I am concerned , the latter point carries more weight , I take this view on account of the following reasons.

 

first of all, a large company offers many advantages that are helpful to personal and professional development. often working for a big company. you will deal with different kinds of people , who are from different provinces or even different countries , having various education and different culture .thus you will be inevitable influenced by "multi-culture", which is of great importance to a person with the hope of tailoring himself to be an international talent . moreover, a big company usually provides more competitions and demands its employees to be self-educated at the very begining of becoming one member of the group, or he or she will be dismissed without hesitation . for as a big company, there is always a pool of talents waiting for a position to be filled.

 

furthermore , another andvantage that can't be ignored is that working for big company help us to have more chance to gain valuable experience and have broader views,  most of big companys such as ones rank among Fortune top500 ,are aiming at proceeding into the world market and have eastablished business connections around the world, which provides us with opportunities to work abroad, working abroad definitely can enlarge our view to the world and also enrich our experience.

 

admittedly , working in a small company will gain more personal freedom .since a small company may require their employees to do more comprehensive works and give them more free choices . but compared with the advantages that working in big company mentioned above , it can be ignored .

 

in conclusion, although working in a small company carries its advantages , it appears that  working for a big company  caries much more merits . not only a big company will provide more job position and competition , but also it provides a ready access to working abroad.
