有没有遇到这种情况的？申MS被MBA先截走了……

小弟本来申的是商学院Master，结果MS系里还没信先收到他们院MBA教授邮件，问有没有兴趣转去读MBA，一样可以第二年读我MS的这个方向，还说转了就给点奖，汗-_-！！！

想问问大家有遇到的没，对这种情况都怎么处理？我在想我不理或者拖一下会不会影响我申请的MS项目的录取和奖学金……

MSF is more of a research degree focused completely on finance; while the MBA is more of a general management degree with some focus on finance. The MBA curriculum is more diverse and covers aspects of Operations, Marketing and Organizational Performance that will not be dealt with in the MSF curriculum.

Depends on what you want to do for a career. Overall, if you want to do finance for sure then do the MSF. MBA program likely does not afford you enough classwork in finance itself to prepare you enough as the MBA is more of a generalists degree -- that is its intent though. There are too many MBAs these days so the degree has (to some extent) lost its luster. There are a lot of MSF holders too but it's not nearly as common and will stand out better if you're absolutely sure finance is the field of choice for you.

个人比较还是比较偏好MS的哈，就是怕这样折腾一下MS那边没奖了甚至不好录了……（又或者MS本来是可以给更好的奖的？？？）

没有人遇到过这种情况吗？怎么跟教授回信说比较好呢？
