这个，难道不是这样么？

the area of this triangular region is 1 可以推出 xy=2

x < y < z  可以推出   xy<y*y

综合上面2个，Y平方大于2，即Y大于根号2

注意2个条件：
1. certain right triangle--直角三角形面积为1，
2. x<y<z
所以得出x, y为三角形的2条形成直角的边，三角形面积为xy/2=1, so XY=2
条件2中指明x<y，得出 y必须大于根号2
