1. Draw a picture,
suppose only A is a, only B is b, only C is c;
A&B&C is 3;
A&B-3 is x, A&C-3 is y, B&C-3 is z;
Then we need to derive the value of (x+y+z)
2. (a+x+y+3)+(b+x+z+3)+(c+y+z+3)=11+10+14
=> (a+b+c)+2(x+y+z)+9=35
