Chicago's interview?

hello, has anyone finalized the interview of chicago?  i am preparing the essays, but find that the interview deadline for round 2 is dec 5!  so is this the only choice for me to submit my application in round 2 without interview?  Will this reduce my chance for admission?

你和我一样, 到20号才发现deadline已过,adcom说可以给on-compus的interview,不过不想去了, 不做的话机会小很多. 第三轮基本没戏.

我的校友面试的经历都比较好.主要是了解你是做什么的你的career goal.
所以第一个问题都是讲述你的尽量,
然后是你的Career goal.
然后是leadership example, and team work example.
why that school,

总之没有难的问题.
