    我认为这道题的解题点在于一个gap: 医生所需要的时间 VS. 病人实际消耗的时间

如果把医生所需要的时间称为D时间，病人实际消耗时间称为S时间, 由于B答案所描述的原因（开处方前需要考虑更多的option)，D时间的增加量大于S时间的增加量，所以医生仍然觉得时间不够。

所以医生就感觉自己用来审视病人的时间少了,其实这只是一种错觉

那么B选项说,现在保险公司给医生的流程越来越复杂,医生在开处方前有更多的诊断要做,所以花在病人身上的时间就多了

但是抱怨的医生一定不喜欢这么做,在他眼里,与病人在一起的时间,他的自由度其实是小了

我认为这题应该选A

题目：

医生认为：the companies’ requirements是他们不能在病人身上花足够的时间。可实际上average amount of time a patient是增加了的（平均每个病人的时间增加了）

通常看到average就去考虑number吧，那么就可能是病人的数量减少了，造成总的时间感觉不够。A说病人由于某些原因不去看医生，也就是病人减少。有效解决了discrepancy

B选项Physicians today typically have a wider range of options in diagnosis and treatment to consider with the patient before prescribing，题目没有指明diagnosis and treatment 不会接触病人，而只有prescribing是花在病人身上的，所以无关。

这题其实很简单，就考了一个词enough！ enough=more time？当然不等于

关键词enough 和increased time，时间增长了并不能说明就enough。增长的时间都花在无聊的程序上了，医生和病人沟通了解病情的时间少了，自然不enough。

其实就是个理解问题：

现在保险公司的规定，需要医生详细记录治疗流程。而在十年前医生有很大的自由度。现在的规定导致医生认为自己诊断的时间少了。但实际上病人看病的时间确增加了。解释矛盾。
