no. each office takes care of its own business. sometimes you may need help from other office in case that the deal itself involves that office. for example, you are respresenting a chinese client to seek targets to acquire in europe. in this case, you may need other office's help. but not 特别大和复杂的deal需要送回纽约总部让总部的人做, they are quite independent
