For the first one, we have:
6=6-n1+6-n2+6-n3, where 6>n1,n2,n3>=0 因為any member可能不在五甲之內=0分
12=n1+n2+n3
(n1,n2,n3)=(0,1,5) or (n1,n2,n3)=(2,3,4)
所以可能有2teams有6分
1st=5分
2nd=4
3rd=3
4th=2
5th=1
Total=5+4+3+2+1=15
the score of the lowest score=15-6-6=3

for the second one, with those two conditions, the medium is 3, right?  So sufficient ;-)
