这个题型么

US has 33% more surgeons per capita(premise)+anwer A(patients in US do not have a greater need for surgery than do patients in Canada)不是应该美国比加拿大多才是么

= this is the reason people in US undergo 40% more operations per capita than do Canadians(conclusion)
