Really?  It's the first year that their entrepreneurship program has hD students.  How come did those students already get offers?

我看他们的PhD Student里面大部分都是中国人啊。

可能是我误解了，也许他指的是entrepreneurship student ，而不是单指他们学校的

他们学校的网页上说：
