问的都是standard questions:

1. walk through resume (he asked some specific questions about my jobs).

2. leadership experience

3. teamwork experience

4. Why MBA, why now, why Chicago

5. What do you do out side of work

6. Long-term, short-term goals

7. Questions for him

整个过程都很procedure.  说是45分钟，但大概42分钟就结束了。是一个比较年轻的校友，我说答案的时候，他没什莫反应，除了有时说一下very good.  对面试的结果比较没底。
