但是，不要认为2年是很容易的事情，年淘汰率95%，联合概率可以自己算哦。这两年你要备足干粮

那Sales是干吗的？ Fund manager和Sales & Trader 根本就不一个部门吧。。。

那Sales是干吗的？ Fund manager和Sales & Trader 根本就不一个部门吧。。。

如果你认为部门之间功能区分这么清楚，那就只能说管理学知识你学得很深入了。

部门功能区分没这么明显，而且人员的流动也不是像数方格一样，黑是黑白是白

一个人可以流动，轮换位置，可你非要一个trader“长袖善舞”，他那还有时间交易啊？总不能让他2个脑袋，4只手吧。。。。

if he wan'ts do career switching, why did he go for the part-time?
