题目的逻辑：out-of-town syndicate doest care local people's demand，所以 local company care local voice. 那么什么样子的company是local company呢，应该是local的人组成的company才最local。

看选项：

A、广告赞助商都是总部不在local的，和company没有关系

B、更多out-of-town版面，和company没有关系，说不定local的人喜欢看外面的新闻呢

C、reader 不在城内，不能说明报纸就不focus城内的事情，和company没有关系

D、主编和其他成员都在城内工作很长时间，很local了，和company有关

E、出版的时间长短，无关。

有一点不同观点：题目的逻辑是因为DB为外地公司所有，所以不关心当地人；而DC却会真正反映当地人的声音

用排除法可以选出D选项，因为其它四个明显无关。但是也不太站得住脚，因为即使工作人员是当地人，并不能推论出DB就反映当地人的声音。（舆论从来都是为利益集团服务的，主编也要服从这一点吧）不过，该选项至少是针对题目的论据提出来异议。

如果还有一个F选项说：DC其实也是被外地公司控股的 倒是直接从逻辑上驳斥了题干
