麻烦问一下，wharton的那个employement history里面的"Responsibilities: (include leadership roles and major accomplishments)"你是重写的，还是就把resume里头的所列的自己干的丰功伟绩直接copy/paste过来就好。我的困惑有两个：
1 responsibilities 好像比resume里面的w/e范围要来的广泛。
2 resume因为压缩到一页纸，每个工作都只列了3-4点最突出的内容。在这个responsiblities里面写这么少的内容是否不足够？是不是应该多列几条？写多长合适（wharton没提字数限制的事儿）？

siebel, I wrote the "responsibilities" based on my resume but included more accomplishments and more details because as you mentioned, the resume is a very high level summary and cannot include everything. Here is a chance for you to elaborate what you have done in detail.

Although they didn't specify the word limit, I still tried to keep it short and clean. Just 2-3 bullet points under each key point. and I had about 7-8 points.
