a question about shareholders transfer property to C corp

I read sentence like this:

When transferors/shareholders own at least 80% of the voting and non-voting stock and boot is not involved, the shareholders contributing property in exchange for corporate common stock have no gain or loss recognized.

Does it mean all the transferors together own at least 80% of the voting and non-voting stock? So is it not necessary for any individual transferor to own the 80%?
