[求助]申请美国大学的MBA,只有2年的工作经验,算不算很大的劣势?

求助,目前我已经工作了1年多一点时间了   . 工作性质还成,属于证券公司里投资银行部门~

我在大四下学期在报社实习了半个学期(全天候的实习),请问这段时间属于怎么性质的呢? 可以加在工作时间/经验里面吗?

我想知道2年的工作时间算不算一个劣势? MBA对工作时间有硬性规定吗?

一般情况下,对方都是要 post-bachelor的Fulltime经验,并且excluding internship or work before graduation....

但是计算你的工作年限, 是从毕业开始一直到你所申请的MBA的Enrollment date.

     要知道多少个1981申请了，多少个1981录取了才能知道Wharton的偏爱吧？

You can get involved with volunteer projects and sign up for more challenging opportunities at work.  The deciding factor isn't the length of your work experience but what you have done during that time and whether you can sustain the level of achievements in the future.  Good luck!

To China Mainland applicant, obviously 2 years experience is a weak point. Most applicant has 4-7 WE till enrollment. Howerve, you can still make up by presenting your fast-improvement, say, rapid promotion to analyst or manager, strong exposures to contact with CEO and CFO, or entrepreneur experience. Adcom focus on your potential, and your potential is determined by your current perfomance, academic skills, interpersonal skills and professional network.
