The lady who gave me the interview is the assistant director of BC MBA program. She was really nice and resourceful.

Questions are all typical ones
1. Talk about your b-school study at HKUST (my major is not biz)
2. Long term and short term career goal  
3.  Why MBA?
4. Why BC?
5. What can you bring to BC?
6. Talk about a leadership example
7. Any questions for me?

I
asked her opinion about MBA/MSF dual degree, the tailored
specialization. I just got to know the dual degree just takes two years
-- but you need take 4 more courses than the courses required for MBA.
It may be a good choice for someone without Finance background such as me myself.

Anyone interested in or already got in the dual degree program? Any suggestion?

I also got an interview on Jan 28. I am applying for the general management, not dual degree.

Almost the same question.

自己约，在网申里头有个interviews，在网上也能查到。快点约吧。

我是接到email,说他们会来我所在的城市做巡讲，问我要不要去面试的。楼上说的网申预约，我倒不记得有没有约了，我在北美，楼上各位在哪里？可能不同地区申请程序不一样？感觉他们挺热情的，但面试了以后并没有说马上会给答复,我也忘记问了。不知道是不是要等到四月才有结果呢。。。

我现在也不是很记得了，貌似就是要schedule，然后对方会让你选是电话还是会面。你还会留下电话号码应该。

Interviews

Interviews for the Full-Time MBA Program are strongly recommended. Between October 1, 2007 and February 15, 2008, applicants to the Full-Time MBA Program are invited to schedule an evaluative interview. After February 15, 2008, interviews are available only by invitation of the Admissions Committee. International applicants may schedule an evaluative telephone interview if travel to the United States is not possible.

To schedule an interview appointment, please log into your online application and search under "Events and Interviews" for dates and times that are available.

Interviews are not utilized as part of the Evening MBA application review process. Applicants to the Evening MBA program are encouraged to learn more about BC through a class visit and other Admissions events. For a complete list of Admissions events, please click here.
