Only one thing that is killing me is WHO DID get the invitations in China so far????

For crying out loud. Every year every round at least there were some people somewhere who would jump out with "How to prepare an interview for HBS" or the like.

What's happening? ...

I have been preparing mine for the past week. I feel there is so much I need to think about and I am not near to getting ready yet. I still have 2 weeks of time. Mostly I have been talking to HBS alumni from work, staying on top of daily news, and speaking with my parents about China to get their insights. I will have a couple of mock interviews with friends. That's pretty much it. I cannot really think about it at work, so just try to find time here and there. My group doesn't know I am applying for B-school yet. So that makes it harder.
