No worries, as long as you tried your best, that is all you can do. That is exactly what I am thinking. You can not control what they expect. 

I still want to know your experience.  How long should each question go? a couple sentences? Do you talk more about your leadership experience even they do not ask about it. 

Any experience you have not in your article would be greatful.
