恰恰是因为mask疾病是题目中没有提到的，我才选的这项，因为even if已经将志愿者会长寿这个结论放到一边了，而要找的是即使志愿者不能长寿仍然使得统计是what we would have expect的东东。

这仅仅是我个人的理解，写下来给大家参考，也是对自己思路的锻炼和总结，还请多多指教！

其实LZ的思路方向是对的…其实A\C这两个选项原文没给出信息..

但C这个mask疾病我觉得不能从文章中亦或我们一般思路上推出..;

相对A选可由我们思路上推出:女人本来就比男人活的久(这是一般常识)

C錯誤，因為mask各種症狀，不代表可以長壽。原文內容是live longer

A是答案已经没有异议，文章最后一句话说即使志愿工作没有延长寿命，但是调查结果仍会和人们预期的符合；A说女性比男性更有可能从事志愿者工作，并且女性往往比男性活的长，这和志愿工作使人长寿没有关联，支持结论！

C中的最大问题在于provided the symptoms are mild，假若症状是温和的情况下，endorphin才有可能暂时遮掩症状，使人们误以为长寿。

但如果志愿者中患病的人症状都不温和，而是serious呢？那endorphin就没办法遮掩症状，那调查数据就不可能与人们的预期符合。

所以答案A是毫无疑问的。
