Small-business groups are lobbying to defeat proposed federal legislation that would substantially raise

the federal minimum wages. This opposition is surprising since the legislation they oppose would, for the

這一題。是在說小企業團體遊說廢除現有的最低工資法規，因該現有的法規實質上是提高最低工資的。但其實這條法規是可以免除讓小企業團體免除支付最低的工資---

而答案選(B) 他說因為要吸引員工，所以小公司要付和大公司一樣的薪資來吸引員工。而大公司並沒有因為該"最低工資"的法規而受到免除。

好，我研究了快一個鐘頭吧，完全找不出合理的解釋。竟然小公司不管如何都要付一樣的薪資來和大公司競爭吸引員工，

那最低工資的法規到底起什麼作用?我完全不了解有任何的關連。我知道小公司沒有因此法規受利，但是

為什麼要廢除呢?廢除此法規使小企業團體有何幫助?為什麼會提高了最低工資呢?我真的不懂耶

還煩請高手幫我說明一下，拜託啦!!!!

原题是说：他们立法设立了一个最低工资，但是这个限制对于小企业是免除的，但这帮小企业家让人吃惊的是竟然还反对这项立法。

然后让你解释这是为什么。

原因就是这项立法虽然免除了他们，只限制了大企业，但是他们为了跟大企业争人才，不得不给出和大企业一样的工资来吸引人才，这样以来，对于大企业的限制就变向的也限制了他们了，所以他们不干了，站出来反对。
