请教大家一个算分问题：

说来又惭愧又气愤。 我2004年考的，总分720， 但是我不记得verbal和math 的各自分数，很是惭愧。。。

当我从gmat order additional report, 他们错误的送到了我原来在中国大学的地址，所以我一直到收不到（我现在london)。十一月份又order了一份，结果发现他们又送到了中国地址，虽然每次电话里面都confirm sent to London address. 我这几天打电话argue 了很多次，每次接电话的人都推三阻四，说2004年data存在不同的数据库，他们需要到warehouse 去查，blablabla, 最后终于发现他们其实每次都送到我考试注册的地址，而不是我现在的住址。虽然他们承认是他们的错误但是他们需要我再pay一次in order for them to send to my current London address, 他们说他们只能按order 发送report, and it only cost 28$. I was really not happy and i told them it was not about money but their service and my entitled basic right as a customer. I will complain to their service department, if any.

我在网上用calculator 算得 如果math 50, verbal is 37, didn't realize verbal so low。。。 does it look right to total 720 for 2004 test, i.e. has there any changes in terms of calculating scores within the three years? also I dont remember whether math was 50 or 51, just remember one score less than full score, like most people do. is 51 or 52 as the perfect score? Thanks very much!

Also I would like to your opinions on whether and how I should complain. 其实只是精神安慰了。。
