My answer: no financial planner are not accountants, lawyers, analysts.

把not去掉就可以了，双重否定取非去掉一个。

取非后把题目里的since后面否掉了，weaken了。

it is not a big deal 这个是结论，since后支持这个结论的evidence，取非就是把evidence给否定，使结论weaken。
