哦！谢谢！没仔细看，原来是医生与一个病人相处的平均时间增加，那E应该是医生受到这种经济刺激，看尽可能多的病人，那总的看病人数增加，即总的与病人相处的时间可能会增加，而平均与一个病人相处的时间可能不会增加，也许还会减少。可以这样理解吧？

还是不太明白B的意思。难道医生花在诊断和治疗上的时间不是和病人在一起么？
