我怎么觉得是B啊，因为题目上说“过去那些用wood sledd的人都带着runner 和 steering bar".那如果现在用plastic sledd的人都不带这些防护设备，不就解释了为什么发生事故的次数比较多吗？从而否定了结论事故是由plastic sledd引起的。 open for discussion

我选。。。C，evidence很清楚是 因为number of incidents were much higher last winner than it was 10 years ago。所以plastic sleds are more dangerous.假如发事故次数比较高是可以导致别的结论，那就可以weaken evidence.

A) 这个事实部分地说明，plastic更加危险。因为wood是被证明是更安全的。
B) 可能10年前也是这个样子的。
