Some people think that parents should plan their children's leisure time carefully.Other people believe that children should decide for themselves how to spend their free time, which idea do you agree with?

 

With the children playing an increasingly big role in family life, parents may pay more attention on the education of their children.Thus,some parents even have began to plan the leisure time of their children.Yet I am, and probably always will be, a deep love of allow the children to decide by themselves how to arrange their leisure time. Because the children would have an opportunity to advance themselves in self-management, and they would also have the chance to develop the field what they are real favor in.And I would like to reason and provide evidence to support my viewpoint.

 

The most important denefit of the children decide how to spend their free time by themselves is that the children would have the opportunity to enhance their skills in how to plan themselves. To illustrate this, there is an example that is very persuasive: as I was a child, my parents would like to give me enough space to decide what to do during my free time.Consequencely, I had attained experience and knew how to deal with everything happened around me more structurally.Hence we should give the children the opportunity to teach them how to deal with everything they have to face.

 

Another reason why I advcate this attitude is that the children would owe the chance to choose what to develop during their leisure time.As far as my own country is concerned,with the developping of the society, a majority of parents require their children to study various skills ,such as painting or dancing,which may be just satisfied by the parents but not the children.Some children may spend all their leisure time in studying cetain skill which they even hate to learn.These would be wasted for both the parents and the children.Contrarily, if the children would decide how to spend their free time,they would be more interesting in studying.

 

Of course, allowing the parents to plan their children's free time also has advantages to some extent, just like helping the children to do the right choice with their experience.But if all these factors are comtemplated, the advantages of letting the children to plan by themselves carry more weight than those of by parents.From what have been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that children should decide for themselves how to spend their free time.
