答案选C，实在把我绕晕了。另外请教assumption答案中主句有not，一定是答案吗

提高费用呼应了结论中的降低。你可以做一个测试，对C项做一个肯定回答，看看结果是否导致题目中结论的削弱。“这些激烈活动提高了费用”；不正好反驳了结论吗？

有not就一定是答案？这我没听说过。有人如此总结过这类题目吗？

谢谢bandito，assumption题还是老老实实地用not+weaken的方法作，以前passion的小班曾说过优先看主句有否定词的选项，但发现很多题这种方法都不奏效
