Kellogg Alumni Interview

10/25接到Kellogg的interview invitation，校友很nice也很有效率，一下就回复我的邮件和我约好11/10，面试地点是在他的office。面试全程英语，约1小时，我觉得自己挺放松的，就当做聊天。

我把准备好的名片和resume递上去给他，我提议我自己先自我介绍，因为他事前没看过我的resume。interview的问题没太出乎意料的问题，大致如下：

1. Career Goals
2. Why Kellogg?
3. How can you contribute to Kellogg?
4. What other schools do you apply?
5. Leadership experiences?
6. Leadership styles?
7. What's your GPA and ranking in undergraduate? Your GMAT score?
8. What are the biggest challenges in your entrepreneurial business?
9. How do you recruit people? How many employees you have?
10. Do you follow up the news in IT industry? (We chatted a bit about IT industry)
11. What's your plan for your company if you go to Kellogg?
12. Before you go to Kellogg, do you have any growth plans for your company?
13. What's the revenue of your company?
14. Which country you like best since you mentioned you had been to more than 30 countries? Why?
15. Questions to him => I basically asked him to share his learning experiences and career progress.

很多问题可能太针对我个人的情况了，不见得对大家都有帮助，就当参考用吧。最后，他告诉我，他当天就会提交interview report给学校，我对他的高效率表示非常感谢！

more than 30 countries... How long have you been working.....  I suppose you have changed at least 5 passport book....

I have worked 5yrs in IT industry and 3yrs as an entrepreneur.

My 3rd passport is just going to be full.
