ask what is the number of student who don't reply YES to either  M or R

because 在 ”to R: ;300 No; 100 not sure“ 这400 students , don't reply to M as Yes, therefore, the students don't reply YES to either  M or R should be 200
（200个人只对Myes，说明这200人不对Ryes，则他们在300+100中，减掉他们，得出对谁都没有yes的人群）
